- To make a reservation for the Nature Program Zone and the Total Care Zone, please contact the reception at the Spa Nature Court.
- These programs are available by advance reservation only. Please be advised that if you are late for your appointment, we may be unable to extend the scheduled closing time (your treatment time may be shortened) due to subsequent appointments.
- Please refrain from taking alcohol during or right before and after a treatment.
- Smoking is prohibited within the facilities.
- Those who are under 18 years of age are not admitted.
- Those who wear a tattoo are not admitted.
- Those expectant mothers may kindly be requested not to use the facilities. Please feel free to consult us.
- For those who see a doctor regularly or have a chronic disease or allergy and thus feel anxiety, please feel free to consult the reception.
- All the amenities needed for our treatments are available at the facilities.
- Please keep your valuables in the safety box in your room or at the front desk.
- Please be advised that we are not responsible for theft within the facilities.
- Please take care of your locker key by yourself.
- For those wearing contact lenses, if you take them out before a treatment, you can relax even more. If you take them out, let us recommend that you bring the necessary gear with you.
- All the treatments and fees may change without prior notice.
- If you cancel your appointment, please contact us by the day before.
- Please be advised that you are not allowed to use a mobile phone or a camera within the facilities.
- If you exhibit mischievous behavior to other guests, we may ask you to leave immediately.
- If you damage equipment, fixtures and others, you may be asked to reimburse us for the actual repair costs incurred.
